TICKET INFORMATION!

SO YOU BOUGHT your tickets to the Amazing Arizona Comic Con, either at one of the Finest Phoenix Comic Book Shops or online, and now you’re wondering how does it all work. This FAQ should give you all the information you need to redeem your ticket and enjoy the very FIRST Comic Con of 2012.

However you purchased your tickets, you will need to go to the REGISTRATION BOOTH at the AMAZING ARIZONA COMIC CON even BEFORE you walk through the doors. The Registration Booth at the Amazing Arizona Comic Con opens at 5pm on Friday afternoon, January 6th.

*For people buying their ticket AT A LOCAL STORE in the Phoenix area-
please bring your PICTURE ID and the store issue Ticket.

*For people who PURCHASED TICKET ONLINE-
please bring your PICTURE ID and the PRINT OUT of your purchase. You will NOT be shipped a physical ticket through the mail, your print our records is all that you need, along with your ID.

AT THE REGISTRATION BOOTH, you will check in with the AMAZING ARIZONA COMIC CON STAFF, and resent your ID and Paperwork. They will check your information with our records. At this point, WRISTBANDS for admission will be issued, and we will be handing out the WALKING DEAD #80 Exclusive Photo Variants and other premium FREE items.

When the doors open, you can come in and enjoy!

MVP TICKET INFORMATION

When checking in, there will be a SEPARATE line for the MVP customers.

*IF YOU PURCHASED THE ENTIRE MVP PACKAGE ONLINE-
Please bring your Photo ID and the PRINT OUT of the MVP Ticket.

*For people who bought a ticket AT A LOCAL STORE in the Phoenix area, and then UPGRADED TO MVP ONLINE-
Please bring everything you got: PHOTO ID, the store issued TICKET, and the PRINT OUT of the UPGRADE. We will need to check off each aspect with our information.

FAQ regarding tickets and admission:

*CAN I BUY TICKETS AT THE DOOR?
Of course you can buy tickets at the door, at the REGISTRATION DESK. We will be able to accept CASH and VISA/MASTERCARD.

(We do recommend ADVANCED TICKETS though!)

*HOW MUCH ARE KID’S TICKETS?
Children under the age of 12 are FREE with a paid adult. All Children under 12 must be accompanied by the adult at all times. Kids that are OVER the age of 12 qualify as general admission tickets.

*ARE MVP TICKETS AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR?
YES! We will have a limited of MVP Tickets still available the day of the show.  You can even get in the MVP line to buy these!

*I ALREADY BOUGHT A TICKET, CAN I UPGRADE TO MVP AT THE SHOW?
YES! We will have a limited amount of MVP tickets still available the day of the show. You can even get in the MVP line to upgrade to these.

*I BOUGHT MY TICKET at store_______, CAN I WALK RIGHT INTO THE CON?
ALL Customers have to check in with the Registration Booth before entering the Con. We need to check the records, issue wrist bands, and give you FREE items!

*I BOUGHT MY TICKET at store _______, and THERE’S NO RECORD WITH THE REGISTRATION DESK—
Each of the Finest Phoenix Area retail partners provides records, and serial numbers for each of the tickets they have sold. If they do not provide a record of the tickets sold, and we have not exchanged funds and given credit to the stores, then the tickets are considered invalid. This is safeguard against counterfeit and fraud, for all parties. If such a case were to happen, we would then recommend that you call the store that you got your ticket from, and settle the matter with that particular store. We are here to help you though, and want to get you into the show doors to have a good time.

*I BOUGHT MY TICKET ONLINE-WHEN WILL TICKETS SHIP TO US?
Online tickets do NOT physically ship to each recipient. Instead, we gather the data and have everything prepared at the REGISTRATION BOOTH. Bring your ID and print out and we’ll check you in, and issue Wristbands and FREE stuff at that time.

*WHERE WILL THE REGISTRATION BE?
The Registration Booth will be in front of the Mesa Convention Center Main Hall.

*CAN I PICK OUT MY FREE SCHWAG ITEMS, or EXCHANGE ITEMS IN MY GIFT BAG?
All items the AMAZING ARIZONA COMIC CON provides for the fans are considered free BONUS items. Therefore we are not in a position to exchange books, swap, and trade out other items. We’ll do the best we can at pre-selecting books for you all!

*PLEASE NOTE: ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL.
There are no refunds on any ticket sales or the MVP packages from the AMAZING ARIZONA COMIC CON. Additionally, tickets are non-transferable.
