Each list their publishing slate, and explore the fan appeal for female action stories in independent publishing.

The Road Less Traveled: The New Overground Comics
Learn about the creation of the comic book industry’s first ever comic book universe in real time. Overground Comics is in production, and officially makes it’s debut at the San Diego Comic Con in July, but you can get the inside scoop months before everyone else does. Meet Overground creator and Editor in Chief Jon Hughes, who will give you the details from the company’s humble beginnings to the deal that finally put the brand into full production. Topics covered will include starting an independent company vs. an independent comic, what “overground” comics are, the first three titles to launch, and the benefits of writing a comic book universe in real time. BONUS! The first 50 attendees of the panel will receive free preview issues of the company’s first two books, Absent Captain and Plus Ultra, as well as free prints.

Stan Lee will be signing in the Main Convention Hall, in the Stan Lee Collectibles Booth located near the end of the Artist Alley. Stan Lee will sign ONE item per Autograph Ticket, available through Desert Wind Collectibles. Sorry but no photography of any kind is located in this area; time will be limited, so we can accommodate as many fans as possible. We highly recommend that you purchase in advance for best pricing, and assured availability. Stan will sign all licensed items, and all signatures will be at the discretion of Stan Lee Collectibles & Pow Entertainment.

You must have a ticket for a Stan Lee photograph, available for purchase HERE. Sorry but no individual photography is permitted in this area. You will receive a 8×10 photo, for pick up that same afternoon
