2012 EXHIBITOR BOOTH PRICING

We are happy to announce that the 2012 Amazing Arizona Comic Con will be a significantly larger event than last year’s con.  In addition to a much larger, higher profile guest list, the Amazing Arizona Comic Con will include one ADDITIONAL day, as we are adding show hours open to the public starting Friday late afternoon.  This will yield additional hours to showcase your products to the public, increased exposure and ultimately more sales.

While exhibitor and artist alley tables have been on sale/available since May 2011, there are some spaces still available for the 2012 AMAZING ARIZONA COMIC CON.

Base Pricing:

Booth- 10’x 8’area includes 8’ foot table, 2 chairs, plus side rails and pipe dressing. Each booth also includes 3 “dealer” admissions to the show.  $575

Premium Pricing: For corner locations, please add $100.

Exhibitor Set-Up: Dealer set up is as follows:
Thursday, January 5, 2012: 12NOON – 7PM
Friday, January 6, 2012: 7AM – 2PM

Artist Alley:6′ Table are $200, and include 2 chairs with 2 exhibitor passes to the event.  To book your space, please send in payment along with a signed Exhibitor contract 2012 to the address listed above.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee specific room for simple banners, but we will work with you as best as possible.  If you feel additional room is needed, please contact us for an exhibitor booth.
