The headline guest for the 2013 AMAZING ARIZONA COMIC CON is industry legend, JIM LEE. This is the very first comic con event he has attended in Arizona, and our staff and the Phoenix Fan community will be rolling out the red carpet.
We are pleased to announce that with the move to downtown at the Phoenix Convention Center, Exhibitor booths are larger. These are 10’ x 10’ areas, which include (1) 8’ skirted table, (2) chairs, with pipe drape and side rails. THREE Exhibitor Passes for the event are also included with each booth. Price- $600.
Premium Corner locations are available for an additional $100.
Artist Alley Tables are available for creators as well. These spaces are 6’ across, and come with (2) chairs, and (2) Exhibitor Passes for the event. Price- $200.
To reserve your exhibitor Booth or Artist Alley space, we will be accepting payment in full. Please send a check or money order made PAYABLE TO JIMMY S. JAY, along with a signed copy of the EXHIBITOR CONTRACT to the following address:

Amazing Arizona Comic Con Load-In Info
*Amazing Arizona Comic Con is taking place at the PHOENIX Convention Center, SOUTH building. this is the building closest to the baseball field. The address is
33 South 3rd Street
Phoenix Arizona.
*LOAD IN starts on THURSDAY January 24, beginning at 12noon and running until 7PM.
Load in continues on FRIDAY January 25 at 7AM through 2PM
*Please take your vehicle to EAST PARKING LOT. You will get specific load-in instructions from the personal there.
*Parking for Oversized vehicles in the East Parking Lot is available at $24 per day. Regular sized sedans, SUVs can park here at $12 per day. There should be other “Private” lots in the area that have parking for as low as $5 per day.
*On site you will be able to order Electricity and WiFi services from COMMONWEALTH EXPO. Jenny Bryant will be on site but you can reach her at 602-253-5881.
*CSI- the official decorators will be on site. If you would like to order additional tables, chairs, equipment, they will be able to help you out.
